Hi and good afternoon. So yesterday I went to clinic to check some things which was being forced to.

Unfortunately, it has been such a rough month of January but I'm thankful enough that I'm still alive even for at least. I constantly having trouble on explaining how I feel. Sorry guys. All I could say right now is that I've not been happy lately. However, when I am alone, all the negative thoughts and feeling and make things go blurry. Sometimes when things get too serious, I can even lose the appetite to eat and I don't feel like socializing. :/

I tried to occupy my days with all kinds of activities so that my mind would think about other stuffs. Sadly, as much as I tried to stay positive, I can't help it but to keep thinking about how screwed up my world now is.

May everything gets better.
